I‘m still absolutely in love with it. I wear it every day since I bought it 8 month ago (my Speedy and my other watches are starting to complain about that 😁).

I especially enjoy the cool matt brushed look, plus the lightweight and the comfortable wear of this watch.

It’s very robust and I only have a few scratches on the clasp (noticeable in the picture but not so in real life), although I’ve hit a couple of times 😗

Other than that it’s in perfect condition. I also enjoy the accuracy - it’s consistent + 0,1 sec/day.

have you ever tried to remove the scratches on the closure with the special pastes.

Which model is Daniel wearing here?

The image is very blurry and there doesn't seem to be a good shot of the watch. But that is not an Omega as far as I can see, which is weird considering the fact he's promoting the Bond movie.

An old Blancpain Fifty Fantoms would be my veeeeery wild guess.

Maybe his Seamaster 300? The lugs look a little different though.

Thank you. I found it as CK2279.

Nope that's a different model, made about 20 years earlier than the Spectre one. I believe it's a 101.010 from either '64 or '65.

It definitely has many Seamaster 300 aspects (actually at a glance many vintage divers have) but the lugs don't seem like anything Omega, straight and short. Maybe it's just the picture...

I notice now that the nato strap is definitely Omega, so the watch should be too. Could it be that this is a revised 300 model that is yet to be announced? 😎 Lugs and vintage lume were two negatives that often came up, so shorter lugs could be a feature of the next iteration. And white lume, hence the nato with white stripes instead of grey.

No, I haven’t. In real life and under normal lighting conditions I don’t even see these little scratches on the surface of the buckle. So I don’t care 😁

I'm glad you keep them in the box. I only keep the really important ones in the box.😁

In other news, Watches of Switzerland one of the uks biggest luxury watch retailers recently mentioned that sales during this global pandemic have gone up by 20% in comparison to last year. And one of the most popular watches was the NTTD which was selling like hot cakes.

And i quote

, Duffy said. New Rolex iterations as well as the near-£8,000 watch linked to the delayed No Time to Die, were fuelling the recent boom.

“We can’t get enough of the Bond watch even though the movie is not going be out until whenever,” Duffy said.

Battle damaged! I would think the prop worn in the movie is just as damaged aesthetics wise or worse judging by the abuse Bond is going through in the trailer while wearing the watch!

Has anyone tried to fit the regular SMPc rubber strap on the Bond Seamaster ? I think it'd be a nice look if it fits !

I’m pretty sure I read that it doesn’t fit - holes cut differently.

At the very end when he drives off in the Aston. DC was wearing a vintage Omega chronograph.
