This is why I won't be buying any of these bracelets, as much as I want to, I hate to say. I'm not going to rely on myself to sand/mod the end links and hope they don't scratch up my Speedmaster. It's just not worth it to me.
The 1171/633 from Omega is even worst it most cases it wont fit at all and you have to polish the endlinks too (some AD are just not even aware of that).

Don't feel too bad. My 19mm BoR took three weeks to arrive in The Netherlands...
Now awaiting a Holzer. One week and counting... Hoping things are getting better with the shipping times...
I’ve been waiting since June 11th for my bracelet to arrive in NL. Hope it arrives soon!

That's terrible !
I got the shipping confirmation email of the BoR on June 12th, like I said, received in 3 weeks.
Now I have a Holzer in transit, shipping confirmation rdceived on July 15th. Keeping figers crossed for it to show up soon...

After some more fiddling, I got it on my 3594 broad arrow. Now the watch looks a lot like the original Speedy 1957.

I don't really care about the marks that the end link leaves on the back of the lugs. What I do not like is excessive scratches left by the spring bar in a less than smooth strap change session.

I had a similar experience with an oem 1171. I had to file down the end links quite a bit to make them fit.

Seems others are having better luck than me! 19 days to the UK & counting... It's rattling round Heathrow somewhere according to USPS.

Day 22. Still not here yet! It's held up in UK somewhere either in Customs or with USPS's UK partner (assuming Royal Mail)

I just bought the polished flat link and the 1171 late last week. They should be arriving early this week but based on pictures from Uncle’s website I’m preferring the flat link.

@Uncle Seiko and other bracelet owners:

For the FOIS which bracelet style do you like most made by Uncle Seiko?

I have the Holzer, the Beads of Rice, and the Flat Link (polished/brushed). Bought them in order of release, pretty much as soon as they were announced.

the flat-link is far and away the best of the three and I envision wearing it on that semi-permanently. If it had come out first, I probably wouldn’t have bought the others.

But I’ve always liked the BoR on the FOIS, even when I got grief for it:

and the US version is really good.

You can’t go wrong with any of them. It’s really which one you like more.

That Holzer works on more than just the Speedy- just add 19mm endlinks.

As does the Flatlink

And the Holzer is here !
Received in NL is exactly two weeks.

Loving the vintage appeal of the bracelet, and how by being a lot more subdued, it enhances the presence of the watch head.

Once again, excellent job by UncleOmega !!!

I guess I need to get a FOIS now to put on a FlatLink.....

A couple of shots of the US polished flat link on my ultraman. I thought it looked good on the brushed holzer, but this levels it up considerably and makes it more faithful to the original 68 ultraman. Amazing bracelet!

I have now 4 different US bracelets (except the president), and each one has it’s own character and can finally bring out the best in different Speedmasters depending on model and vibe you are going for.

Saw a few comments on the scratched lugs at the back during installation. All 4 of my bracelets had a perfect snug fit on each of my different speedmasters with both 20mm and 19mm lugs. On a couple of my watches it was a bit harder to manouver the spring bar into place, but didn’t need to prep or adjust in anyway the endlinks at all, and once installed found there was no play / movements. I used my original omega springs bars, except for the 19mm BOR which I used the ones that came supplied as the originals seemed too big to fit. I can confirm that the back of my lugs are definitely not pristine, scratches from metal on metal contact is too be expected and part of the journey of a well worn watch, and happens easily when changing straps whether leather or bracelet, however I can understand people who want to keep their watch pristine, so just be aware that you can’t really avoid this with hollow end links, regardless of sanding/polishing prior.

Thanks so much again to Uncle Seiko for such amazing quality bracelets at affordable prices, and helping us to bring out the best in our time pieces.

I got my flat link bracelet and was trying to fit it on. I popped a spring bar and it went flying off somewhere in my house. Looks like I’m going to have to wait until the weekend to fit my FOIS.
