I'am a vintage watches noob and now I'm looking to purchase an old Omega,
it seems to be a Geneve reference ST 166.0163 , here are some photos from the seller:

My question is, is it worth paying 350 USD for this one ?

Over polished and likely a redial. Have you checked the Recommended Vintage Omega thread? I posted a similar Genève for around the same price that's much better.

Auto with a date versus manual wind and no date? Similar cases, yes. Still, I think the manual wind/no-date was a fair deal when it was available.
