Need help to identify a strange Omega

Hello,
Vintage Omega, manual cal.613 (it look like a 6 I would say). The owner say maybe from seventies.
Here is it :

Redial. And the caseback inscription is fake as well. How does the inside of the caseback look? I would not be surprised if the movement is the only part genuine Omega

At the very best it’s a fantasy redial. Avoid.

It could have belonged to a real British 6 Star General 😗
