Need help identifying if the dial is original or repainted

A dealer is offering me the below constellation at a fairly decent price. I have never seen another one like this in Black dial. Any help in authenticating this will be greatly appreciated. I also have a few doubts about the crown on this one. Seeking help from the experts

movement looks terrible

Whoever replaced the chronometer-rated 561 with a 565 that has no place in this watch could've at least used one in decent condition...

This is a pile of worn-down parts with some fresh paint on the dial. Definitely avoid.
