Well I do appreciate a clean dial but I a clean dial but I always forget the date and I think if you’re spending over 2k on a watch it should give you more info than just the time. But actually that was more directed at @noelekal as we have gone back and forth prior. I do think if it’s a particularly nice dial (many GS) and I picked up the blue railmaster no date so I get it.
If I spend more than $200 on a watch it better do one thing first: make me happy. I don't think any of us buy $4,000+++ watches to tell time. We can do that with inexpensive pieces.

If a date window makes us happy, great, get us a watch with a date window.

Mostly, the date window is like a cold sore on a pretty face.

Smaller diameter mens offerings and more vintage style would be nice. More no-date options would be icing on the cake.
I would LOVE a Seamaster diver at 38/39mm without a date. Slightly thinner would be even better.

I have it under very good advice that Omega will release a time keeping device in stainless steel with some other materials that is very accurate and meets thier standards within the next few years.

I’m sorry I cannot give up my sources.

Shill. How much do they pay you to hype these upcoming releases with those salacious, highly-specific leaks? A timekeeping device? In SS? Just take my personal funds-containing implement already.

That’s the ugliest watch Omega has ever made.
The ugliest so far...... plenty of scope remains.

Again, they’re releasing too many limited editions and fun little color swaps. I’d rather they focus on small tweaks to their main lineups. I used to love these releases becuase it ensures a fun watch for everyone, but I think it busies the companies time manufacturing random watches instead of true R&D to make their main watches better every time.

I took my girlfriend to see some ladies watches last week. We looked at Rolex, Cartier, Omega (the usual.) I was trying to sell her on the ladies constellation, my mom has one from the 90’s and it’s gorgeous. It’s thin and dainty. But the new ladies constellations are a BRICK on the wrist and my girlfriend wrote off omega immediately upon wearing.

this is a shame, theyve really ruined a great ladies watch. Imagine proper tweaking and R&D to make thinner movements and more jewelry focused ergonomics. There’s a reason Cartier has overtaken omega in revenue.

All I’m saying is, time and money would be better spent improving their main watches rather than wasting time on limited color ways, that while fun, isn’t really targeting anyone but the rich collectors.

It's time...

1. The PO needs updated.

2. A sports model GMT to compete with the Master II and/or EXP 2 is about 10 years overdue.

Instead we will get a waxing crescent version of the Moonwatch and a small seconds Constellation.

I would love a 38mm Aqua Terra day date in steel, if they can keep the thickness on par with the current model.

I still adore my SMP 300m, but could see myself upgrading one day if it ever gets a bit thinner and closer to 39-40mm in diameter.
