My local WM specializing in vintage has no trouble servicing Movado. Parts may be a bit of a challenge from time to time, but they are out there.

That is wonderfully preserved. Beautiful find!

Guess these are pretty uncommon in steel and with the applied sector, most I’ve seen has been gold capped or plated and with painted sector (or non at all).

This is a low cost ESQ which is almost a movado, but I'll say that these silicon strap with a closing clasp piece make this a comfortable band:
