Lovely... very appealing to my eye. Looks like a very authentic survivor.

I have found two Movados this year
I believe this 95M dates to the 1940’s or 50’s

And this Calendograf to a similar time

I love dat triple calender, but my OCD's start to tingle from the different sizes of the day and the month windows.

Thanks a lot for your comments! I really like it but have some doubts on the signature being repainted...also the owner is asking 5.5K€ which I find a bit steep. Will sleep it over

I have lost track of the 95M dibs queue.
I believe the 19068-B is a civilized 35mm.

I never knew that there was a Movado version of the big blue. Maybe even prettier that the original.

I thought that the pictured Movado was already in your possession. I didn’t realize you were seeking a vetting opinion on its potential purchase by you. sorry to have missed that. I can’t give you any input on the authenticity of Movado print on the dial. But the watch sure looks appealing, as I stated earlier. ...Stepped case, nice handset, appealing dial- yes it checks a lot of boxes for me.

I’ve found precious little information on the web relating to Movado. hopefully others here at OF can render a well educated opinion for you.

What a great thread, and some really fantastic watches....thanks to everyone for sharing. The Movado Acvatic my father wore during WWII was my first vintage watch....he gave it to me when I was around ten or eleven....it didn't run....I had it "restored" by Movado in the 1980s....mistake. Here's my dad's Acvatic and a few other Movados that have found their way into my collection.

Recently acquired Movado M95 gold chronograph from 1946. Love it so far!

That is a really lovely example. I had my eye on that one on a website in CA. Hope we see more of it in the future.

@slique12 has a tasty 90M on the private sales page....

Thanks @Flatfoot, I quite like that the dial has taken on an off-gold (?word) tint. Love the multicolor design of the Movado that @slique12 has for sale.

I have gotten some new straps and excited to spend some time with the Movado.
