Yeah, not supposed to spin like that- you have a problem. If it’s under warranty, bring it back to the boutique. If it’s older, get it to an independent Omega watchmaker for repair

I can't really tell if there's an actual problem or you are just obsessing about a bit of recoil. What if you ignore it and just wind the watch all the way until it can't be wound any more. Then does the watch run well, keep good time, and have a proper power reserve? If so, then stop worrying and enjoy your watch.

^^^ What he said. It's strange that in the past few months we have had a spate of nervous winders who think there is some sort of problem here. Wind it up completely and see how it runs, if it keeps time within spec and goes for the full amount of power reserve you don't have an issue. Others, incl @Archer I believe, have explained why this is not a problem in normal use. All nine of my 861/1861/3861 Speedmasters exhibit this phenomenon to some extent, some more than others, but they all run well.

Thank you for your post, have you any idea what might be causing the issue?

There is no issue. Just wind it fully and you will be fine.

Perhaps I am not seeing the video properly- is it just backing up but still holds the charge or it it not catching at all? If just backing up, then as the others have said a it’s fine. But if you try to wind it and the spring unwinds completely (which is what I thought I saw), then that’s a problem

FWIW mine will backup up a bit (and again it's normal) when nearing a full wind. Maybe the other watch was not near full wind in the video and yours was?
