Melbourne watchmaker speedy?

I recently picked up a Plongeur De Luxe from an op shop for $3! I've finally confirmed its authenticity and I'm looking to restore it to original vintage beauty.

I happen to be getting married in January! I'm looking to get the watch cleaned up at least enough to be wearable on the day.

I've contacted Precision Timing & Rory MacDonald (as per recommendation in other threads)

Would appreciate any other recommendations for a Melbourne based watchmaker or any other advice!
