Quick update: our buddy "wildav77" was part of a group of Indian spammers/astroturfers. Took a bit of digging to find his actual location and his group of friends that were helping out here.

There was at least 6 accounts, some of which were established and had reasonable looking post history too.

Well our responses should've put anyone off going there for treatment!
So we can put this one down to a dead loss for them!
This AI shit is getting better every day and harder to pick.

Seems to be real people this time. Probably still cheaper than a chatGPT subscription, sometimes 😁

I'm on the admin team of a car forum and every day I have to deal with AI spam, it's getting good enough to fool some of the members, they often ask why I banned some of the poor innocent spammers and deleted their threads.

Apollo Hospital in Delhi holds a good reputation for orthopedic treatment. They have skilled doctors and offer quality care. However, my not-so-pleasant experience with that hospital was the long waiting times, so I recommend booking an appointment early before making any other plans.

Taj Mahal is a must-visit. However, consult the doctor to know if travel is safe before surgeries. Other places to consider near Delhi are Jaipur and Agra Fort. For comfortable and stress-free travel, especially considering your dad's condition, private car tours could be a great option.
Seriously, still spruking this place? No one's buying it!

My next door neighbour went to Turkey for a hair transplant procedure. Said it was 25% of the cost of having it done here, and that the flight was full of guys with bandaged heads on the way back. He said it was like a well oiled machine how they had places to stay all set up, transport to and from the airport, and to and from the hotel to the place where the work was done - entire trip took 3 days.
Adrian from Luxury Bazaar recently went there for this exact surgery. It looks ... ok ... you can see them on IG.
