Hello everyone!

I am new to these forums and this is my first time posting. And to be honest, relatively inexperienced when it comes to vintage watches.

I am hoping to get some advice for my vintage Omega Seamaster DeVille. Its case reference number is 166.020 and has a 562 caliber movement. I just had the watch serviced and was told the movement is in pristine condition and it is keeping excellent time, which I am ecstatic about. Crown, dial, and hands are all original. (Pictures at the bottom. Apologies if the quality/lighting is not good)

However, two things that stick out to me are the condition of the hands and the slight blemish on the dial at the 57 minute/second point. The person who serviced the watch no longer had any original replacement hands that matched these and has not been able to find any.

Key pieces of advice I am looking for:
- Does anyone know where I can source original replacement hands that would be a perfect match? It doesn't look like Ofrei's have these ones in stock.
- Are there services that can refinish/restore these hands into better condition? Is this something you would recommend or is it all risky?
- The small blemish on the dial (not sure if its a scratch or what). I am aware that a completely refinished dial is a big 'No No' when it comes to vintage watches. What would you all recommend? Are there any dial experts out there that can touch up small blemishes like this?
- What kind of strap would you guys recommend for this watch? Anyone have any opinions on material or color that particularly looks good with this? I currently have a simple brown lizard on it

This is my first vintage watch and I am a bit of a perfectionist so wanted to see if there was anything that could be done about these two small things. If not that's ok too! I am wearing it with pride every day.

Really excited to hear what everyone thinks!

I’m not sure that’s the correct crown either.
Should look like this
