Looking for a Omega Constellation Cal 751 Balance Wheel

I have a 1967 Omega Constellation Cal 751 (169.029) watch that stops moving upon wearing or at certain angles. My watch guy says it's the balance wheel. Does anyone know where I can try and find a Balance Wheel for that model? CousinsUK says the manufacturer doesn't produce that one. Is there a used one or equivalent that would work? Thanks

I think you can use one from a caliber 550, Part No 550 / 1327, they are all in the same family and certain parts are used across calibers.

Maybe @Archer can confirm?

Confirmed - the balance used on the entire 55X, 75X, and 6XX series is the same, so 72205501327 for the full Omega part number.

The real question is, what is wrong with the existing balance, and can it be fixed?
