Looking for Zenith 143-6 balance wheel

I got a beautiful vintage Zenith Cal 143-6.
Unfortunately, it needs the balance wheel replaced.
Can you please help me finding one?
The watch doesn't keep the time… it’s one year that I have been looking everywhere but without success.
