Longines ultra quartz help needed

Well the story is almost over. This beauty arrived this morning.
As a recap longines failed to service my ultra quartz but instead offered an exchange watch for a ridiculous price (the price of a service) so I chose this from their heratige range.
My thoughts were the ultra quartz would best be suited for their museum and thought it more than a fair exchange.
Well the final piece of this story is longines are returning my ultra quartz to me free of charge

I just can't believe this.
