Porcelain dial, and looks like a nice one. I wouldn’t be concerned about lack of case markings. Likely was military use. Hard to tell from depth of field, but is the surface look like sandpaper?
Can you share more photos of the movement holder?
...so we have at least a range from 5,34 (found here):

to 7,63 mio. (found in Goldbergers book) - ca.1935-47/48. A pretty long period.
With original watch band and box, grail level.
Below might be example of original for military too.
One other note: Has anyone ever seen a confirmed 4 million number? I have not.
This person has collected about 40 of these watches. Here is the closest one I found. There are many dial variations.
Found one more similar subdial. This person's a horder, has so many of the same watch.
This particular example seems hardly military, the engraving at the back says « “in memory of july 6, 1938, “Longines””.
Very strange. As if Longines itself had signed the dedication.
No.
I've already got an inquiry out there for my Czech. Syrte, would you like to have the honors?
You'll need this photo for them to help you.
Looks all correct to me. All parts with matching numbers. Plastic high dome or low dome mineral glass? Can we see side view of case?
