I would say definitely not original. The signature alone is too crude.

There is a reference notch at 3 o'clock position that almost guarantees it was redialed. A redialer uses some device to insure the dial orientation is correct before reprinting. Original dials never have these alignment notches.

Shouldn’t a 13 ZN dial have 3 feet, I can only see 2 ?
