Leaving Chronograph Hand at 6 pm

Hey guys I have a 3861 speedmaster and like having the chronograph hand out of the way to see the applied logo and text. I don’t really use the cronograph. Is there any harm just stopping it at 6pm and leaving it there permanently?

Could you take a picture possibly of the chrono hand set to 6pm please? I'd like to see how it looks on the 3861 dial compared to the chrono hand set to 6pm on a 1861.

The placement of the text is different I believe and the end of the chrono hand has a different shape. On the 1861 the back side of the hand is practically touching/overlapping the "SS" letters of professional.

I wondered if it's still the case or if there's a noticeable gap now between the hand and the writing.

this is just mad 🙄
technically you can argue that now it is covering the subdial on the 6th hour... so the only options i am voting for are: 1:30; 4:30; 7:30 and 10:30 😉

If you smack the watch really hard at 10:09:11, and the counter counted to 1:03:23, you will be able to see all the writing forever.
