Leaving Chrono hand set at 7 mins past - 321 Movement

Probably been asked here before but I cant find anything searching so here goes -

Is there any harm in leaving the Chrono set at 7 mins on a 321 movement so the applied marker and text is clearly seen? I think I read somewhere about clutch slip but not sure if it was for the Speedmaster or a vintage Seiko.

Advice welcome or links to missed posts 👍
