Ladies Polerouter Sub

Hi all,

I came across this watch:

But given that I've not found a larger Polerouter Sub with even a similar bezel configuration (I've found countdowns, bakelite, etc. But all have a full 60 minutes marked out, not just the first 15), I'm curious/worried if the bezel was a later replacement. Thanks!

I’m by no means an expert on these lady subs but that bezel does not look right. Crown and seconds hand are also incorrect.
