Universal Geneve Polerouter Sub crown

I imagine this is a lottery-win-level long shot, but nothing ventured:

I'm looking for a crosshatched crown for my grail watch, as my Polerouter Sub ref 20369 (with cal 215 movement) had its winding crown replaced at some point in its life.

If I'm not mistaken, the original crown on this watch would have been a cross-hatched compressor style crown, with somewhat unique measurements. Rather than the 5.3 to 5.5mm diameter these compressor crowns typically have, I believe the crown on my Polerouter was app 6.3mm in diameter and 4mm tall, with a 0.9mm thread size to fit the 215 winding stem.
