The fake is really really well made. Always look for completely full sets, not only the cards, but the paper of the limited edition and other goodies.

Consider fake is sold with steel bracelet and nato strap. Fake Cards can be bought.

check the picture, where you can find a real seamaster 300 (not spectre) and a fake spectre

when I bought that fake spectre (by the end of 2018), I found almost 10 fakes on CHRONO24 (that fake watch was lunched at the summer of 2018). Fortunately I get my money back after 2 months

when you see them both, it’s easy. But not if you see only the fake watch
Is it still the case then that they fakes have the second regulator?

Is this watch Authentic ? (pre purchase question)
priced at $2000 CAD

Looks real to me, as long as the hands are silver (and just reflecting the color black in the photo). The serial number on the tag matches the one on the watch case, the helium escape valve position is correct, the second hand red tip is faded as expected with a used model, and the lume pip on the bezel looks correct.

Yep, its just a reflection it is sliver.
I appreciate it. thank you.

You do know this is the smaller mid-size version of the 2254.50, right?

Looks legit, does it come with all boxes and papers? In the end it comes down to how much you like it and the cost. I wouldn't pay extra for the low number.

Yes, it comes with box and papers. Out of interest, why do you suggest I don't pay a premium on the low number? Thanks again!

It just doesn't make a difference to most collectors. Sellers will often try to tell you a lower number is more valuable. It's a sales tactic.

I've always felt that the 1st in a numbered series, and the last number in a series were more desirable to me. When my #05/75 Nomos Timeless Limited Edition was stolen by a FedEx employee on it's way to service for being too fast when it arrived, I had the chance to jump on #75/75 as a replacement and wish I had, now that I look back on it. I took the refund instead, but the watch was going to be for my son and he really liked it (not as much as the Seamaster Pro that I gave him instead).

Oh, wow. That's a shame. Glad he liked the Seamaster instead!

Hi guys,

I'm debating buying my first Omega after swapping & chopping my way into the price range.

I am debating buying this for $2450. The seller says it is a "Special Japan Only" Speedmaster. What do you think?

It looks like a genuine 3211.50 to me. It looks high quality without anything suspicious. What other provenance is the seller offering, like serial number with matching warranty card, etc?

Real.

I haven't seen them fake such good pelage finish of the movement before, or fake the 1165 movement itself yet, and the SN on the case matches the movement as well. The 1164 movement is based on the Valjoux 7750 but with some changes, that the fakers don't tend to do.
