Judging by the info we have so far that does not look like a dodgy watch.
They only issues here (which we can't tell without further information) would be either that the watch is not functioning (which can be easily verified and if the transaction is done via a website there might be safety nets for such situations and you'd get your money back) or the movement inside is either a franken or a different one.
Given that it's not that easy to swap a genuine movement with a cheap piece of crap then at most it can be a franken. Given that there's a box, papers and period correct vintage bracelet, I highly doubt that it's more than just a fully legit watch, in and out.
