Hi guys! I need a little.

Im buying this Seamaster REF. 25.41.80 quartz, but i was wondering If this watch is legit.

The caseback have this another omega symbol.

That "other" symbol is the anti-counterfeit hologram.
Not good enough pictures to be 100% sure but looks legit from what I can see.

I vote legitimate. These typically have a serial number on the bottom side of the left lug.
