Is this Medicus alright?

Is there everything okay with this medicus? Any missing/suspicious parts or things I should notice?

I can only tell myself that one of the bars is missing and also maybe this part holding the movement in place. I have seen in on other Medicus watches but don't know what it is in English, sry bout that.

The watch appears to be correct. According to the serial number on the movement of your watch it was produced in 1938. Here are a couple links to short videos showing what are claimed to be "original" 1938 Medicus. Note that the watches in the video have two different style hands...the hands of one of the watches matches yours. Also included is a photo of my 1936 23.4SC movement (17 jewels rather than 15 jewels) for comparison. Hope this info is helpful to you.

“Naiad” refers to the water resistant case. Omega had some Naiad models with sub-seconds movements.

Hi,
This model was named Naiad due to its water resistance. I never saw a period catalog or advertising that named it Medicus although it had central second. The Medicus name was used in promotionnal materials for the first model with a 23.4SC inside, the one with the square case.
Very nice watch by the way!
