Is This Omega Ref: PX6553 (Cal. 420) Dial Original or a Redial?

Hi! This is my first post here. I have a quick question regarding a recent purchase of mine. I believe the hands on this model are not original, but I'm not sure about the dial itself. It seems that the indices are misaligned on the model. However, when I looked at another champagne dial that I could find, I noticed it had similar misalignments. Another thing I noticed is that one reference image with aligned indices says "Swiss," but the other two with misaligned indices don't. I heard that this reference was one that had some parts manufactured in the US (for example, the case) and others in Switzerland, for some import tariff reasons in the 50s. Perhaps this could be a product of that?

I'd really appreciate any help I can get. Thanks!

Redial for sure.

Only the last one is original, notice that it doesn't have printed marks by the applied indices.

Certainly a redial. Look at the minute marker: 1) how poorly and inconsistently they’re done and 2) how the hour markers touch and overlap with some and not with others. The text is also just poorly done.

If you spot misaligned markers, you can pass straight away. These ones are hugely off.
