Is This Dial Legit?

Looking for an Apollo XI 35th Anniversary dial and saw this one on eBay. Seller is “Mill308.” On eBay since 2004, has 100% feedback (1497) and appears to have sold a lot of watch parts. His store has a lot of Omega and Rolex stuff. So he sounds like the real deal and is clearly is not the guy in Milpitas who is selling bogus Mitsukoshi and Gemini dials. Question is, a) does this look legit, and b) has anyone here done business with him?

The provided pictures are inconclusive due to quality.. but nothing seems to jump out as an issue. The dial back matches some of the historical sales, and the backs seem to have some variation.

A lot of these were sold years ago when an Australian company called WatchCo liquidated all of their parts stock. These, Gemini IVs and many other LE dials were selling for $300 or so.
