This Tissot watch is from 1947 and when I search on the web I see that there are some from this year that are described as military models and that they are very high priced. So I need to know if this watch is that kind of model.

No, it's not a military watch.
Some may call it so, but unless they can provide military provenance, it just "military style".
But even that's stretching it.

Provenance.
A military watch will, 90% of the time, have markings to indicate its military connection, usually on the caseback (Branch/Serial/Emblem) and sometimes on the dial (Pheon etc).
There may also be military specifications from issuing authorities (DoD etc) that provide provenance. These are often found on the internet.

Of course they do. They think by calling it military it adds mystique and they can up the price.
No sensible military collector would even consider this one a military watch.

I wish you'd just get straight to the point instead of beating around.

Tissot did indeed have issued milwatches from the late 1940s, but they were typically marked on the outside caseback.

This example was issued in the late 1940s by the Koninklijk Nederlands Indisch Leger, or the Royal Netherlands East Indies Army. The KNIL was the military force maintained by the Netherlands in the Dutch East Indies, now part of Indonesia.

This example was issued by the US Army Ordnance Corps, circa 1948:

Depending on your definition of an "issued milwatch" Tissot also produced CSI models in the mid 1940s. These are marked on the inside caseback with CS(I):

There are other issued Tissot milwatches from later time periods (1960s) to look for as well. These too are marked on the outside caseback.

Great contribution as always, Luigi. I have not seen the MILITAR before, interesting that it has no lume.
