Is this a redial? Omega constellation

I've came across the piece, looks great from distance. But on close ups, the texts looked like they've been given a repaint, same goes to the black dial. The seller does not provide any case back images so I'm not sure about the reference number of the case model. I've searched through the internet but could not find a piece that is similar to this.

I'm new to the forum and the vintage world, would be much appreciated if anyone could help.

It’s a 168.010 with a repainted dial.
