Is this a redial, or original?

I bought this from a lady who said she got it from the original owner. It was on a JB Champion/Omega BOR adjustable-clasp bracelet that is too small for my wrist, so I put an inexpensive bracelet on it in case I want to wear it. The alignment of the crosshairs on the dial is slightly off, but maybe that's normal? It's a nice Seamaster from 1954, but the text on the case back is barely legible. Does the dial look original?
Thanks,
TQ
PS - I did keep the old bracelet.

Not a good picture of the dial, not sure if it's distortion but the text looks poorly re-done.

While photos can be distorted, the cross dial line into the 12 indice appears off centre.

Dial marked SWISS, not SWISS MADE?

The serial number number is 14xxxxxx, not 11xxxxxx.

I will await input from the experts, but I would not write that off as a redial just yet......
