Is the dial original or revised? Omega 2481-1

Hi Guys,
May I get your quick comments on the dial of this baby.
I checked the gaps between the minute indicators and couldn see any fault, but at the same time dial condition looks too fresh and new. Im attaching the mechanism as well which is 351.
Appreciated for your comments.

Yes, too clean and that omega logo looks too modern. And the minute hand too short (the tip should be close to the minute ticks). I vote repainted.

Definitely a redial, and the hands are also incorrect.

+1 too many things wrong: dial too clean, logo too modern, hands too small, incorrect typography for an Omega
going around we would probably see a generic crown

Dial is refinished, but close to an old Omega design. Replace the hands with black leaf styled and black sweep hand and you have something close to this

True, but cheaper to add generic hands than to replace the dial and hands
