Is this a UG and if so is the dial original?

·Dial is as original as you get them. Looks like a 1950s design. More info needed! Hands look a little odd but could well be original to the watch. I don't think they do it any favors. Case is nice and clean but looks as though it may have been polished. Movement is likely to be a 481 or maybe the later 281.
