Hi everyone, been reading the omega forums for a while but finally decided to start posting. The fascination with Omega watches was handed down to me from my dad who bought me a quartz Omega in the 70s. I don't know what this watch is and it isn't as impressive as the watches I see here on the forum, but it doesn't matter since it is a personal memory of my dad after he passed away. I've since gone on to purchase a couple of speedies, a seamaster and would like to buy a vintage constellation (lots of research to do). Appreciate if anyone could help identify the watch that started it all.

Looks like a reference 196.0121, caliber 1370.

Nice to have the original bracelet too.

Incredible that you know the reference to my watch! So much knowledge here. The flat-linked bracelet is really comfortable and light. One feature of the watch I have come to appreciate is the independently adjustable hour-hand just like a real GMT.
Thanks so much.
