Good afternoon all,

Have come across this and i'm just trying to figure out a hunch or two:

Picture 1 - that is a redial with paint and roman numerals. Haven't found anything that looks like this..

Picture 2 - a 1984 1425 movement? Looks real but I cant see a reference number..

Picture 3 - replacement buckle? I think this one..

So yeah.. would appreciate any thoughts on this. looks nice but hmmn..

Serial is likely printed on inside of caseback, along with the engraved case number. It looks original & nice enough, and wouldn't be a bad buy at the right price, ie cheap, but if it has any issues at all walk away, the early quartz models are a nightmare if you have to find parts or repair them. That is an ETA based one though so bits may still be available.

For some quartz models, the serial number is engraved on the back of a lug or on the outside of the caseback. I have examples of both. Maybe the latter in this case?

I’m a late convert to Omega electronic/quartz and I think it looks nice and, assuming the watch is running well, I think €350 is a good price.
