Hello OF, Im sure this is a simple question, but I'm not able to find the answer on the interwebs.... What is this pictograph?
Are you sure you still have an internet connection? One of the most discussed Omega marks on the www. https://www.forbes.com/sites/docket/2010/04/19/costco-v-omega-tests-power-of-a-logo/?sh=15cf11e0792a
haha, I admit I've spent most of the last 5 years on here looking at the vintage watch forums, I didn't actually dig into what that little logo was until 2 weeks ago when I was pulling the trigger on a FOIS
I've read it is on watches initially sold only outside the US and some say it is only on watches initially sold inside the US. Which is it? Has the practice changed since it was instituted?
Thankyou! I asked because I have both the 2254 (with the pictogram) and a 2201.50 without. Both were purchased second hand and did not come with the original cards. I was nervous about the PO because it was in such nice condition, I thought I might have been had. Not the case though.
