Probably one of the world’s most expensive battery changes at +250 euros,, but at least they claim it will last 7 years. The oil filled EZM2…

This work horse! It has gone underwater, jumped out of perfectly flying airplanes, performed car maintenance, yard work and 38 years later still strong!

This is my one, a gift from my concerned wife who wanted me to have a "reliable watch" on a trip to the UK. A vintage watch packed up on a previous trip.

Might not be as good looking as some of the other quartz watches here, but I love my G-Shock square.

This one. This particular watch was a military purchase previously owned by a US Navy helicopter pilot. Because of this, Omega will service it free of charge for life.

This watch accompanied me through adolescence and all the stupid things I did then. Not only is it still in one piece, but it is still going strong after a bit of spa treatment.

This is all I've been wearing lately at work. I need to track down the bracelet for it at some point...

I liked my first Tuna so much I now have 2... This is by far my favorite, pretty much has become my summer daily driver. The thing I really appreciate about the Tuna design is that for such a large watch. 1) it is very light weight being titanium. 2) The underslung lugs give it only a ~42mm or so lug to lug length. It is the smallest wearing big watch I have ever tried on. (I might have to go get the automatic Tuna next...)

Bought my wife a SGBX349 and she loves it. Keeps perfect time and I never have to set it, reset it or adjust the date for her. It’s ‘my’ perfect watch.

My own quartz watch is a Breitling Colt II. I know it’s not a GS but it is a COSC certified quartz watch and it’s been running like a champ now for more than 15 years. I had Breitling service it and replace the battery once. It’s due again.

BTW, I’m pretty new to the Omega Forum and watch forums in general and I have a question. I’m not trying to troll or stir up anything but what’s the consensus opinion on GS spring drive watches? Are they considered quartz watches or not? IMO, they’re not. They’re mechanical watches that uses quartz to fine tune accuracy after the mechanical part has created and done 99% of the timekeeping work. FTR, I own one so my opinion may be biased. Mine is a SBGA009 White Birch. Superb watch IMO.
