Identify Speedmaster Hand

Hello, can anybody identify to which Speedmaster this belongs to? It was installed on one of my 70s Speedmaster. Obviously not the right one.

I'm attaching a photo with another Speedmaster to show the scale and proportions.
Maybe it doesn't belong to any Speedmaster.
