my first question would be why do you think it is a constellation?
It has some kind of motif on the rear case but (even with these blurred pics) it doesn’t look like any observatory I’ve ever come across.
The dial doesn’t say constellation or have a star.
And you’re correct that there should be more text.
It is a snap back with straight lugs which don’t belong together on a Swiss constellation.
best case is that it is a frankenwatch with a locally made gold case.
worst case is that it is a frankenwatch with a fake case
Better pics would be a great help.

I'll be happy to help when better photos come along. Until then, I'll echo @Peemacgee - as it looks now, best bet is that is either a fake or a locally produced watch. Where are you located?
