Bought this old Omega watch at an antique store and I was just curious of the model and price ballpark on this type of watch or if it’s even real. Don’t have the tool to take it apart and look inside. The face of the watch says Omega with the gold omega symbol, and Swiss made at the bottom. The buckle on the watch says 20 microns and made in England. The back of the watch says nothing and appears to be sterling silver or something similar.

Really not that much (though this is relative to different people). It’s not solid gold and ladies watches of this type are not exactly collectible. I would expect to see for sale at US$400 and sit for a long time before being sold. Would probably fetch less on eBay and likely to be bought by an antique shop who would mark it up for sale at $700 and accept a lower price.
Is it quartz or manual wind?
And better pictures would help a lot.

One thing that might help (if you're using your phone to take pictures) is to try outdoors with natural lighting. Relying on the phone camera's flash is not likely to yield useful results.

A plated 1970s-80s cocktail watch? I think those figures are very optimistic. I’d be surprised to see it make $100 on eBay etc but for sure a dealer might ask more.
