This is a good case in point of Hodinkee criticism. I'm a sucker for Seamaster content, and this was just yet another article that took probably 20 minutes of research on Google to put together. Spend some time researching the models, talk to Seamaster collectors, exchange an email or two with Petros. I guess enthusiasts just are not their target market.

I noted that they didn’t feature any photos of the vintage watches they were actually referring to in the article, but rather peppered it with watches they have for sale that loosely related to the article.
