I have small wrists and I often wear my Omegas with leather straps. $10 later, Bob is your uncle.

Yea, I’d recommend a leather strap and Omega deployment clasp for comfort.

Despite the click-bait title, the topic isn’t entirely without merit.

Omega indeed has a problem with micro-adjust clasps. It isn’t that they don’t offer any, they do, quite a few in fact, but they always end up being rather clumsy, over-complicated and/or oversized. And if you happen to like models with butterfly clasps then you are just plain out of luck.

The evidence:-

It looks to me like there is scope for an extension mechanism in the GM clasp if Omega were to change the link attachment points

But none of the modern Omega offerings come close to what they achieved decades ago. Even lower-priced competitors manage to do the slim, vintage “look”, without the ugly holes and with very rapid adjustability.

I guess the best (Omega) all-rounder is the latest 300M if you must have a bracelet.

Oh, and having just pulled all these bracelets off the watch heads and reinstalled them I sure would have appreciated these, which seem to have flown right under the radar

I always liked the plorprof clasp but it’s definitely big, very easy to micro adjust though

I still think JB Champion did the best clasp on earth with their ratcheted design.

Haven’t seen anyone use this since and it’s amazing. Micro adjust, then the ratchet allows you to make minute adjustments on the fly. Since I swell during the day, I find my bracelet loose in the morning and tight by afternoon. The ratchet allows me to just loosen it one click or two, or tighten it back up as needed.

Indeed, it works in the same way as the C65 one. Some more adjustable clasp images for the record
