Hi experts, I’m planning to buy a vintage seamaster professional 200 (approx. 1989). Just wondering how do i do a legit check by myself?

Not aware of these having ever been faked? I'd say that as usual a movement examination would be the quickest way to spot a fake.

Sometimes the bezel insert is an aftermarket one. But I second webvans’s opinion, never held a fake one in my hands.

    kind regards Max

I'm pretty sure the bracelet clasp with the gold insert is wrong for the all stainless models.
It's usually found on the two tone versions.
