Yes, it’s meant to be wound daily...
First and foremost, I would like to take a second to thank Al
@Archer for his dedication to keep educating us, thread after thread and for his patience to sometimes deal with some animosity around here (also, appreciated his explanation in regards to the frustrations he is experiencing around here... but that’s ok, we are all humans).
Let’s have some more fun with this thread, shall we?
I will admit that I am not the kind of guy who first jumps on the users guide when acquiring a new tool, car or watch. In fact, I typically feel that IF I have to read same, then it is probably the result of a poorly designed product that lacks user friendliness. Anyhow, having put this aside, I will admit that watching the Omega video that Al referenced above made me become aware of the fact that “technically” we can set the time going forward (my typical MO)… or BACKWARD!! That was in fact news to me!
Indeed, as I have often read around here, I thought that going counter clockwise would cause some unnecessary tensions on the main train gears, but it seems that this was not completely correct...
Waiting for the storm or comments in 3, 2, 1… and lift-off!!
😁
