How do you organize your watch drawer?

I've seen a couple of the amazing watch rooms posted before. I am thinking most people don't have the luxury of that space/dollars, however. So I am wondering how collectors have customized their drawers or desks (or even if they have had custom desks made) to hold not just watches - but how everyone keeps their straps, bracelets, tools, springbars, lights, shipping cases, UV light, loupes, boxes, papers, geiger counter, etc. Ingenious ideas appreciated 馃憤

And while I know OF loves pictures, all I could share would be a pile of stuff in a brown cardboard box. Not interesting. 馃榿

My drawer showing my current rotators 馃槈

I don鈥檛 think anyone would really call it 'organised', probably 鈥榓ccessible' is a better description.

Oh, and I鈥檓 currently wearing this one

The pocket watches are not stored in the manner shown. I have foam insulated carry cases for storage. Watches stored as shown, and store in a secure manner. All of them!

You gotta have one of the best set ups but someone posted a damn full size dresser they converted to a watch holder/organizer that one blew my mind.

I store mine in a manner that suits the secure unit my collection is kept in. The pocket watches are kept in over-sized brief cases fitted with custom foam rubber inserts. These cases hold 36 pocket watches each. What you saw in my picture was my pocket watches on display at a hobby show. The majority of the wrist watches shown are stored and transported in custom cases made by the Carolina Case Co. who seems to have disappeared. I have added pictures of a black velvet watch roll for strap models, and a jewel case with two levels that will hold an additional 20 watches. I鈥檇 like to store my collection in a manner that would allow me to display them permanently. And to also have much easier access to them. But for security reasons (and my peace of mind), I have to store them in a manner which allows me to be certain some scofflaw doesn鈥檛 manage to identify my storage area. I didn鈥檛 show my better half鈥檚 collection, or my clocks and marine chronometers. (I鈥檓 looking for a bigger house!).

Unfortunately, organization has become a pretense for me, and it becomes less and less impressive each year. A nice case for 24, then another case for 24, then another. Then some smaller stacking cases for 8 each. Then (screw it) dozens of PVC zip-locks piled in a drawer. Plastic bins filled with labeled ziplocks of parts, bracelets, extra links, service/repair documents, and straps. A massive plastic bin filled with all the original boxes and accessories ... separate from the watches. Not good. I need a better system for sure, but it makes no sense to store each watch with its original box, accessories, service documents, original parts and extra links; not if I want to wear them. And don't get me started on tools...

Anyone have some organization for the accessories? Straps, loupe, tools, etc. ?
@Spruce I appreciate what appears to be a stack of bills next to the watches...ready to buy more! 馃憤

All watches are now kept in safes, no display cases etc. as I would prefer to keep them as safe as possible.
