·In the few months I've had it I've never known it not to be, it syncs itself wirelessly with the USNO. I am not sure how often it corrects itself to the USNO. It is a LaCrosse and was something like $20 on Amazon.

I use this link on my PC and Watchville app on my iPhone. (90% of the time I use the app.) They both display the exact same time.
I set my watch of the day each morning.
Watchville app has the bonus of showing the moon phase for my Tri-Compax
