How the bloody hell do you deal with buyers like this?
Is it me? am i going mad?

    CUSTOMER
Hi can you tell me please in what relation does this have with Michael Schumacher as I see no reference to him on the watch or documentation???

    ME
watch the cristes video (in listing)

    CUSTOMER
Anyone could say that about any of the Speedmaster range! Its not endorsed by him so it should not be listed like this.

    ME
then maybe you should right to omega and complain about the vast F1 speedmaster range that incorporates over 15 speedmaster watches.

However they will probably tell you that they were endorsed...

ill tell you what was not officially endorsed the "moonwatch" (at least endorsed by the moon =)...)

    CUSTOMER
I doubt they would do that as he was not born in 1957 when the first Speedmaster was introduced.
It seems to me you know you are clearly misleading buyers as this is not one of the Schumacher range.
How can he endorse it if he was not born liar!

YOU SHOULD GO TO PRISON FOR THIS

    ME
im very sorry that omega said this watch was influenced by schumaker i hope omega have not offended you but i honestly can't vouch for them or schumaker

im sure they would not say this watch was influenced by F1 and schumaker without his specific endorsement but you would have to take this up with them

this speedmaster dates 2001 not 1957

in the meantime my descriptions can only be in line with omega specifications as i suppose christie's also know maybe you should question christie's too

can i help you with anything else?

    CUSTOMER

Wow you really speak rubbish I will not be making any purchase from you this time or in the future good luck with your misrepresentation of items.. i don't know how you can sleep at night.
It is people like you that spoil it for genuine ebay sellers. I will REPORT YOU TO EBAY
    This is not
endorsed and is not Michael shumakers watch!

(additional note this is a 99p auction style listing "i don't know how you can sleep at night.")

ALSO have a look at what this not job sells! Buttons will fit "TOYOTA" In screen entertainment system FOR "RANGE ROVER"

    honestly am i going MAD!?

BELOW is SOME of my listing the rest is kinda more of the same watch is this big looks like this dial is blah blah blah

I think a competent lawyer will be able to plea bargain down to a misdemeanor, so you should be able to avoid prison.

I feel this whole thread is misleading and am going to report it as I don't think Schumaker is a member of this forum.

Ok. So I don't agree with the way the prospect handled himself @FullyWound - but I'd say Christies have it wrong.

    100% wrong.

Heck, they make mistakes, just like the rest of us.

    No once is infallible.

The Mk40 (3820.53) is not from the Schumacher range of 39mm Speedmasters, but was advertised under the "choice" campaign (Michael Shumacher's choice, Cindy Crawford's choice, Jacques Mayol's choice, Peter Blake's choice were all running at the same time).

Good article on the Speedmasters that have been associated with Schumacher here: http://www.ablogtowatch.com/michael-schumacher-omega-speedmaster-vintage-watches/

I just checked MWO, and confirmed the crown/pushers are on the wrong side on that watch...looks like a put-together one..
