Mr Gunner said "a keg convoy [was] rolling up the Stuart Highway" in time for the second stage of eased restrictions in the Northern Territory beginning next Friday, May 15.

"175,000 litres of the good stuff," Mr Gunner said.

Darwin is preparing for what could be the party of the decade as the Northern Territory aims to import 175,000 litres of beer in time for the opening of pubs and clubs next Friday as it goes first in lifting coronavirus restrictions.

Zelda and I had a nice loop hike today, up to our "backyard" peak overlooking town, and back down the other side with faraway views of the continental divide.

Many thanks. Hiking and camping are probably Zelda's favorite things to do. This is her 8th summer, and she's slowing down a bit, but she can still keep up with me ... easily. Next month we should be able to start getting out into the wilderness, once the snow is mostly melted.

Well I am off today and I’m noticing hairy is following me everywhere I go. I noticed was talking to her asking her what she wanted. I hope I’m not the only one who does such things. Anyway by the look she was giving me I think she was trying to figure out what I was saying, either that or she is thinking “why is this idiot trying to talk to me”

Treats are what fluffy white cats want!

He lives in central France where he wanders around the 12 houses that make up the tiny village and is fed by everyone. It's surprising he's not fatter 😁

I suspect that they do understand a lot of what we say, I talk to my boys often and the young boy in particular understands much of what I say with the exception of 'come' and 'leave' etc. 😀
