Help with this Omega Triple Calendar

Hi friends

I saw this watch for sale and wanted to get the feedback of our community. I do know the crown is a replacement. But I'm not sure about the rest, esp. the dial as it looks too clean. Looking forward to hearing from the experts. Thank you!

I have always suspected "radial flip" of the date numerals as a potential sign of a redial, am I wrong?
I do know that AJTT shows a couple with flip, pgs. 471 and 472, but there are redials in AJTT.
That's the only concern I have besides a little moisture evidence.

Some years ago, @MSNWatch posted a photo of dozens of beauties in his collection but I can't seem to find it.
I don't recall seeing any flippers.

Of course, there is a ton of stuff I can't seem to recall, even from last night!

As @UncleBuck notes a radial flip is indeed a re-dial indicator if seen on a Cosmic. A shame with this one as the logo and font are otherwise pretty good.

Here a few for comparrison including a 2471 on the right

But not always on the square TDMP.

At best case maybe a service dial - never seen one with a sunburst finish either.
