Is this Omega triple calendar legit?

Hi all - I recently found this triple calendar moon phase but unsure of authenticity. I took it to a reputable "restorer" and it's currently being serviced, and they did not call out any authenticity issues after opening the back (costing around $1k USD).

I cannot find anything on this watch... closest i get is the 2471/1 but haven't seen it with numerals 1-12 and in black. Also noticed, this have 4 hands?! Please Omega experts, please help me identify and authenticate this watch.

If it's fake, I need to get to back from the restorer... thanks!

Complete fake unfortunately. Don't put any more money into this! I don't think there are any Omega parts at all in this watch.

If you google the reference you mentioned, you’ll see that it looks quite different.
One of the hands is for the date.

All Omega TDMP's of this period have sub-seconds dials, so a central seconds hand will always be incorrect.
