I would like to ask you for help to identify this watch:

I think it’s either a 14777 or 14393, but I am not sure (btw: what’s the difference between them?). any comments welcome.
The dial looks original…

About 3mm in diameter, 34 vs 37.

Yes, I knew the 14777 is the big one, but wondered if there is a thing on the dial that would make it easier to spot one

Larger ones typically have a small marker to the right of the date window. Looks like a 14393, which is a far more common reference. Crown is incorrect, but otherwise looks fine.
